Shipping policy

I. Delivery Range and Timeliness
Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Spain and are packaged in environmentally friendly and shockproof materials.
Processing time: After order confirmation, quality inspection and professional packaging will be completed within 15 to 30 days (for custom-made handcrafted items, a complete production cycle should be reserved).
Transportation time (for reference only, subject to the logistics provider)
Within Europe: 5-10 working days
North America/Asia: 10-20 working days
Other regions: 15 to 25 working days
Ii. Freight and Customs Duties
Shipping fee calculation: At checkout, the system automatically generates the fee based on the destination and the size/weight of the painting (free shipping for orders within the EU over €299).
Tariff policy: Non-EU customers need to bear the import taxes and fees by themselves. It is recommended to check the local customs regulations in advance.
Iii. Special Precautions
Artwork protection: For large-sized works (> 120cm), custom wooden crates may be required. Additional charges and delays will be notified.
Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the real-time status through the carrier’s official website.
Iv. Delay and After-sales Service
Delayed declaration: If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact [diaise@hangcspaintings.com] immediately and we will handle it first.
Damage claim: Please take a video of the unopened packaging as proof upon receipt of the goods and submit the claim by email within 48 hours.
