Refund / Return Policy

  1. Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to the special nature of art wall hangings (customization, unique copyright, transportation risks, etc.), all orders are regarded as final sales once confirmed. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. Including but not limited to the following situations:
    Subjective reasons (such as color/size not matching expectations);
    Minor craftsmanship differences in artworks without quality issues;
    Delivery issues caused by the incorrect address provided by the customer.
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service (diaise@hangcspaintings.com) within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence:
    Severe damage: The painting is damaged due to transportation (unboxing video and photos are required).
    Wrong product sent: The actual received work is completely inconsistent with the order description (a comparison picture is required).
    We will offer resale or partial compensation as the situation requires, but we do not accept returns.
  3. Customer Responsibility
    Please confirm the size, color and material description on the product detail page before placing an order.
    It is recommended to request high-definition detail images or videos via email before purchasing.
    If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you will need to bear the secondary shipping cost yourself.
  4. Dispute resolution
    If you have any questions about the policy, please contact diaise@hangcspaintings.com and we will reply within 3 working days. If the negotiation fails, further handling may be carried out in accordance with the consumer rights laws of your region.
